We’re still riding the post-class glow. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with intention, and made our August Pop-Up Classes such a success. These special fitness events were designed to inspire, challenge, and connect our community—and you delivered the energy.

Yoga with Toni: Breath, Balance & Reset

Our Yoga Pop-Up with Toni guided participants through a beautifully balanced flow that supported both mind and body. The class included a gentle warm-up, strength and balance work, and intentional Pranayama (breathwork) to deepen awareness and focus. From nourishing stretches to playful inversions, the practice concluded with a grounding Savasana, leaving everyone feeling centered, calm, and refreshed.

This yoga session was the perfect reminder of the power of mindful movement and breath—ideal for both seasoned yogis and those looking to reconnect with their practice.

Leo’s Pilates Power Mix: Strength Meets Nostalgia

And then there was Leo’s Pilates Power Mix—an absolute crowd favorite. Set to a high-energy 90s boy-band playlist, this Pilates Reformer pop-up delivered a fun yet challenging full-body workout. With dynamic sequences, controlled resistance, and creative Reformer challenges, the class struck the perfect balance between strength training and playful nostalgia.

The vibe? Electric.

The burn? Real.

The results? Total body strength with a smile.
