Meet Our Trainers

Zero Gravity has built a versatile team of personal trainers and Pilates experts whom are all certified. At Zero Gravity, we pair you with only the best trainers for your personal needs. Meet and get to know each member of the Zero Gravity staff.

Diego Farah

Diego, a native Brazilian, grew up playing many sports. After moving to Orlando, he decided to turn his passion for athletics into a career and became a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. Diego is also certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is completing a degree at Valencia Community College with hopes to attend the University of Central Florida's Sports and Fitness program. He specializes in functional movements, body symmetry, and sport performance speed training. Diego especially enjoys working with student athletes and strives to help all of his clients achieve the unthinkable.

Christina Heldreth

Christina is a multitalented dancer, singer and actor who has a passion for not only teaching dance but also Pilates and yoga. Dance was Christina's dream from a young age. She attended North Carolina School of the Arts, Virginia School of the Arts, The University of Richmond and the Radford University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Dance.

Christina has enjoyed a successful career as a Dancer and Model, working both in the theatrical venue and film and television. She has performed with the Columbia City Ballet, the Lost Colony, The Rosie O’Donnell Show and Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates and Yoga, Christina uses her Dance experience and discipline to enhance her teaching. She shares her love of life and the sculpting of the human body and spirit with every client.

Leslie Martino

Leslie started her fitness career over seven years ago while working as a dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She began taking Pilates about six years ago as a way to improve overall strength and flexibility and rehabilitate from dance injuries. She quickly grew to love Pilates as it helped her become a more controlled and stronger dancer. She ultimately decided to become a Pilates instructor and became fully certified through The Willow Pilates and Yoga Studio's Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. She has also received a Bachelor's in Dance and History from Columbia University and a Master's in Elementary Education for Teacher's College, Columbia University. She is currently seeking a Pilates Method Alliance Certification.

Leslie has been teaching Pilates for four years and enjoys helping others discover the benefits of Pilates. She was born and raised in New York City and has also lived and worked in Paris, Ghana, and Honduras. She is married to Jordan Martino and together they have a new puppy named Lelah. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys writing, photography, drawing, painting, and traveling.

Susie Morgan

Susie has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for transforming her clients both physically and mentally. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise and prides herself on her ability to motivate and encourage clients to achieve the most challenging of goals. Some say her teaching style is "effective and gently persuasive."

Susie was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been living in the Orlando area for ten years. She is currently continuing her education in the health and fitness field by taking classes with the American Counsel on Exercise.

Natalie Nickson

Natalie began her fitness career one year ago when she decided to change careers and turn her passion for Pilates into a full time job. She enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals. She practiced the method for five years before receiving her certification through Power Pilates. Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, graduating with a degree in English in 2002. Throughout her college years Natalie was also on the University's swim team.

Natalie was born in Winter Park and grew up in the Dr. Phillips area where she went to high school and excelled as a National level swimmer for twelve years. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Florida Gators and the Cincinnati Bengal's football teams.

Joy Norris

Joy began her fitness career five years ago. She is trained Stott Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Advanced Mat and also Reformer. She has been an instructor at Zero Gravity for the past year where she is a private and class Pilates instructor as well as an AFAA Personal Trainer. Joy is continuing her education in the health field by taking classes towards an Acupuncture degree in Orlando, Florida. She has worked with many professional athletes in the Orlando area and has Physical Therapy experience from working with a chiropractor in Lake Mary for two years.

Joy is originally from Alabama where she enjoyed being a cheerleader, dancer, and gymnast. She got into the fitness profession to help clients overcome weaknesses and achieve their health and fitness goals.

MaryBeth Potami

MaryBeth began her fitness career eight years ago but has been involved in fitness to some capacity throughout her life. She enjoys the rewarding nature of her job and loves to see the transformation in her clients. MaryBeth is from New Brunswick, New Jersey where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Rutgers University. She is certified in Polestar Pilates and is an AFAA Personal Trainer.

MaryBeth has been married to Rocco Potami of Rocco's Italian Grille for the past nineteen years and together they have a fourteen year old son, Alex. In her spare time, MaryBeth enjoys waterskiing, snow-skiing, tennis, volunteer work, and cooking with friends.
